By placing an order on mobileswitch.ae, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. MobileSwitch reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

All devices are listed with a condition grade and, where applicable, a Verified Device Report. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate. Descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor cosmetic variations consistent with the listed condition grade are not considered inaccuracies.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. MobileSwitch reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price for that transaction.

An order confirmation sent to your email or WhatsApp constitutes acceptance of your order. MobileSwitch reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery where available. All card payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. MobileSwitch does not store payment card details.

We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. MobileSwitch is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Pickup is available at our designated location. Select the pickup option at checkout. Pickup orders are typically ready within the timeframe indicated on the product page or order confirmation.

All used devices are graded according to the MobileSwitch grading framework: Like New, Excellent, Very Good, and Good. Grade definitions are published on the website. By purchasing a used device, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described.

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty coverage is governed by our Standard Warranty Policy. Both are published on mobileswitch.ae and form part of these Terms.

MobileSwitch's liability is limited to the purchase price of the device. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
