Shipping Policy


1. Delivery Coverage

MobileSwitch currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates. For enquiries about delivery to specific locations, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available on all orders. This is subject to change and the shipping terms at the time of purchase apply.

4. Pickup Option

Customers may select the pickup option at checkout to collect their order in person. Pickup orders will be ready within the timeframe stated on the order confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email with tracking details where available. For updates on your order, contact us at sales@mobileswitch.ae.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative. MobileSwitch is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your device arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a return and replacement or refund where applicable.
