Standard Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Every eligible device sold through MobileSwitch includes a 30-Day Standard Warranty from the date of delivery or collection, unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice. This warranty applies to hardware and functional faults that were not disclosed at the time of sale.
2. What Is Covered
• Hardware or functional faults that affect normal device use.
• Charging faults not caused by misuse or physical damage.
• Speaker, microphone, or camera faults not caused by the customer.
• Display or touch faults arising from internal failure.
• Battery performance issues verified upon inspection.
• Biometric function issues such as Face ID or fingerprint sensor failures where applicable.
3. What Is Not Covered
• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical impact caused after delivery.
• Theft, loss, fire, or external disasters.
• Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, discolouration, or surface marks that do not affect functionality.
• Issues caused by unauthorized repair, modification, rooting, or jailbreaking.
• Software issues, malware, or operating system problems.
• Accessories, cases, chargers, or earphones.
• Faults that were disclosed in the Verified Device Report or condition grade at the time of sale.
4. Warranty Claim Process

Contact MobileSwitch via WhatsApp or email at sales@mobileswitch.ae within the warranty period.
- Ensure the warranty seal on your device has not been removed and that you have your original invoice available as proof of purchase.
3. Provide your order number, device IMEI or serial number, and a description of the fault.
4. Our team will assess the claim and may ask you to bring the device in for inspection or arrange collection.
5. If the fault is confirmed as covered, MobileSwitch will repair, replace a part, or offer a suitable resolution at its discretion.
5. Data Responsibility
Customers must back up all personal data before submitting a warranty claim. MobileSwitch is not responsible for loss of data, files, accounts, settings, or applications during diagnosis, repair, or replacement.
6. Void Conditions
The Standard Warranty becomes void if the device has been opened, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized third party; if the IMEI or serial number has been altered or removed; if the warranty seal or tape applied by MobileSwitch has been removed, tampered with, or damaged; or if damage is caused by misuse, accident, liquid, or neglect.

SafeSwitch Plan — Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The SafeSwitch Plan is an optional paid add-on available on selected eligible devices sold through mobileswitch.ae. It extends coverage beyond the standard 30-day warranty for qualifying hardware and functional faults.
2. Plan Options
• 12-Month Protection Plan — AED 299
Pricing is subject to change. The plan price at the time of purchase is final.
3. Start Date
The Protection Plan begins immediately after the expiry of the standard 30-day warranty period, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order confirmation.
4. Eligibility
The Protection Plan is available only for devices designated as eligible by MobileSwitch at the time of purchase. Eligibility is displayed on the product page.
5. Covered Device
The plan applies only to the specific device identified in the original invoice by serial number or IMEI. The plan is non-transferable unless approved in writing by MobileSwitch.
6. What Is Covered
• Motherboard or internal hardware failure.
• Charging faults not caused by misuse or physical damage.
• Speaker or microphone faults.
• Camera faults not caused by physical impact.
• Display or touch faults arising from internal failure.
• Battery performance issues verified upon inspection.
• Biometric function issues such as Face ID or fingerprint sensor failures where applicable.
7. What Is Not Covered
• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical impact.
• Theft, loss, fire, or external disasters.
• Cosmetic matters including scratches, dents, discolouration, or surface marks that do not affect functionality.
• Unauthorized repair, modification, rooting, or jailbreaking.
• Software issues, malware, or operating system problems.
• Accessories, chargers, or earphones.
• Issues already disclosed at the time of sale.
• Misuse or neglect by the customer.
8. Inspection Requirement
All service requests are subject to technical inspection by MobileSwitch or an authorized service partner before any repair, replacement, or resolution is provided.
9. Repair or Replacement
If a covered fault is confirmed, MobileSwitch may repair the device, replace the affected part, provide a similar replacement device, or offer another reasonable commercial resolution at its sole discretion.
10. Data Responsibility
Customers must back up all personal data before submitting any service request. MobileSwitch is not responsible for loss of data, files, accounts, settings, photos, or applications during diagnosis, repair, replacement, or device reset.
11. Void Conditions
Coverage becomes void if: the device has been opened, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized third party; the IMEI or serial number is altered, missing, or unreadable; if the warranty seal or tape applied by MobileSwitch has been removed, tampered with, or damaged; or if damage is caused by accident, liquid, misuse, or neglect.
12. Service Request Process
1. Contact MobileSwitch via WhatsApp or email at sales@mobileswitch.ae.
2. Ensure the warranty seal on your device has not been removed and that you have your original invoice available as proof of purchase.
3. Provide your order or invoice details, device IMEI or serial number, and a description of the issue.
4. MobileSwitch may ask you to visit a store or arrange collection for inspection.
5. Our team will advise on the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Cancellation & Refunds
The SafeSwitch Plan fee is non-refundable once activated. If cancellation is requested before activation and no service has been used, refund eligibility will be reviewed at MobileSwitch's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
14. Limitation of Coverage
This plan is limited to covered faults during the selected period and does not guarantee unlimited repairs or automatic device replacement. MobileSwitch reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each approved claim.
