MobileSwitch is committed to a fair and transparent returns process. If your device does not match its listed condition or arrives with an undisclosed defect, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

All eligible devices come with a 3-day return window from the date of delivery or collection. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted unless covered under the Standard Warranty or Mobile Switch Protection Plan.

•       The device condition does not match the grade listed on the product page.

•       The device has an undisclosed functional defect not present in the Verified Device Report.

•       The wrong device, model, or colour was delivered.

•       The device was damaged in transit.

The following are not eligible for return:

•       Change of mind after purchase.

•       Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

•       Issues caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or jailbreaking/rooting.

•       Software issues, app compatibility, or personal preference.

•       Cosmetic wear that was disclosed in the condition grade and Verified Device Report.

•       Devices where the MobileSwitch warranty seal or tape has been removed or tampered with.

 

1.     Contact MobileSwitch via WhatsApp or email at sales@mobileswitch.ae within the return window.

2.     Provide your order number, device IMEI or serial number, and a description or photos of the issue.

3.     Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

4.     If approved, you will be given instructions for returning the device.

5.     Devices must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories and packaging.

Once the returned device is inspected and the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Subject to stock availability, MobileSwitch may offer an exchange in place of a refund. Please contact our team to discuss available options.
